"DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE - Work orders are not done in a timely manner (if at all) 4 different managers in a year, and only 1 cared about any improvements getting done, sadly only lasted two months, since he wanted to spend money on the place. The "Garden area" where everyone lets their dog out to potty (with a sign saying no dogs allowed) and none of the owners clean up after them. Multiple break ins, locks are funky, only two janky washers and dryers on site that frequently break down or just eat your quarters. One manager "misplaced" a rent check at Christmas time only to "find" it two weeks later when I produced the tracking info from the bank on who cashed it and when. After that everything else was done online."

"DO NOT SIGN A LEASE - As I unfortunately expected, the rent is too good to be true - you get what you pay for. I'm a current resident - work orders are not handled in a timely manner, nor are entry notices provided according to the law. Building may request a work order for your unit as well - do not expect notice, and workers may be in and out of your unit without your knowledge while you are away. I have had them key in while I'm showering - other residents while they are sleeping. As far as the law is concerned, this is breaking and entering. Expect upper management to play dumb and offer insulting discounts to your rent, rather than changing their poor work practices."

"Rooftop was a bad thing to live under.. A leak in every apartment on 4th floor, and lots of water damage to tentnets no confinsation all was lost."
