"***NEW ISSUES***UPDATED SEPTEMBER 2023: Dog waste. Owners are purposely not collecting their animal waste because of the children playing in this neighborhood. I have actually witnessed several dog owner letting their dog use the children’s playground as their toilet. I’ve counted at least 8 kids who get smeared with dog waste on their clothing and shoes because pet owners refuse to pick up their waste. Management is not handling this issue at all. It has been brought to their attention by The Maintenance team because they are the staff that is cleaning up the waste. There is also feral animal issue that is becoming uncontrollable. The feral animals are not sterilised, therefore tenants’ front doors, patio areas, vehicles, and personal property left outside are being sprayed with cat urine. Just yesterday I saw a feral cat spray the front door on a 3rd level apartment. The property reeks of animal urine if it hasn’t rained in a few days. Dogs are barking nonstop because of the animal markings everywhere. This place is a mess. If you have nowhere else to go, than this place is better than having nothing at all. Mold is out of control in the interior of the buildings. Years of not addressing the bird infestation issue and not having properly installed bathroom fans combined with humidity has created a microbiome of mold in EACH building. When the buildings was being renovated for new paint, some of the siding was off the buildings and you could see inside how bad the mold levels had reached. New walls and paint will not make this issue go away. If you are immune compromised or have mold allergies, this is not the location for you. BE ADVISED. If your water/sewer bill seems high it’s because you are not solely paying for your own usage. If the property is watering the landscaping or using water for other purposes you are also paying a portion of that as well. Water billing is not based solely on number of occupants in each unit. Noise issues with loud tenants is still not being properly addressed by Management or NSE Corporate. Rental Violations run about continually. NSE is the new slumlord of Kitsap county. They operate other properties and the property reviews are truly awful. Continual Issues: Noise Issues with the structures themselves. Built hollow and you can hear everything inside. Since new management in June 2021, nonstop parking issues. Charging fees for parking but no enforcement. Monthly pet rent. Expensive utilities for water. Excessive tenant noise problems that are ignored by new management. This community is not friendly towards children or elderly/disabled people. Keep that in mind if you have a family. ***UPDATE August 2021*** It has been approximately 60-days. Management team has been contacted on several occasions via phone, e-mail, & by physical mail and no communication has been received from this company or it’s employees as of yet. After paying rent on-time for over 3 years with no rental violations, this is how we are treated. We simply have been ignored. Monthly water utilities are billed to rental account with no invoice so we are paying $100+ with no explanation of usage."

"I have bad experience here in this apartment. My closet broke the hook or brackets to hang clothes I took a picture to show it to sky how the maintenance guy fixed it, she don’t even look at it, I told her to have the maintenance guy fix it right because the screws are not all the way in and it will break again if I put the clothes back in. Th n she agreed to me buying a new brackets at Lowe’s and I paid for it , I told sky have the new brackets and all she said is I have a lot of clothes that’s why it will continue to break if I put clothes back in. This closet has one hook or bracket compare to the other closet full of clothes has 2 brackets to hold. It never break ever because it’s thick metal brackets. Today 08/16:23 told sky again to come and see it to herself and she said she will come over after her lunch break but she never did.. Maintenance guy is lazy his not doing a good job. I’ll show you a picture what he did in the closet he said it fixed. Am frustrated my clothes been in the living room in over a month now I can’t put it back until the maintenance guy will it again or what, is not promising he would fix it right. Never have a problem before with the old owner of the apartment and the maintenance guy . I hope this maintenance guy you hired is doing his job right. Another thing when I call the office for maintenance and leave a message no one returns my call in week until o call back . One more thing about the parking lot we pay always have problems because someone is always park in my paying spot overnight and I always tell Sky about it and even took a picture of the car license plate . And I have to park somewhere else that’s not right. So I bought a parking sign paid for it and put it in my assign parking and still people park in my spot. So frustrating. Ps DOES IT LOOK LIKE FIX TO YOU??"

"I would be giving a 1 Star review but Sky is an absolute Girl Boss and she does her job WELL. Living at this apartment complex for less than half a year we’ve had MULTIPLE fire alarms going off for HOURS. Nothing said from management, no false alarm no warning nothing. The water gets shut off more than twice a month with no notice. If they are professional enough to give notice the times are wrong. Send the email at 8:45 that our water was shut off from 8-12 and then it didn’t turn back on till after 1pm. Maintenance requests are ignored unless you send a few about the same issue. Maintenance will try and open your door with their key if you don’t open the door within 1 minute even when you inform them you’re trying to lock your animals for their safety. The problem is they say they’ll be there from 9-5 but there’s no way i’m leaving my animals locked up for that long when I have to pay rent on them. Hopefully they don’t get attacked by an aggressive animal. Don’t move here if you aren’t comfortable advocating for yourself, it’s not for the weak."

"Sky is an amazing office manager. She always has a smile and is there to help. I had an issue with my water bill and she went to bat for me . She constantly stayed in communication with conservice and took care of it. Stop by the office and meet this awesome person."

"Don’t recommend living here, the mold issue is awful and they’ll probably just paint it over. There was black mold on every window and sliding door and it began growing in my bathroom ceiling and closet. I was also informed by maintenance that it’s worse in other apartments. When I asked for them to do something about it they told me to clean it with bleach (which is awful for your health and just makes it spread worse). On top of that, water started leaking in through my closet, soaking all my shoes and belongings on the floor, when I took everything out of the closet I found more mold in there, so it probably wasn’t the first time water came in. I highly don’t recommend living here, it’s not worth the price either, they raised my rent when I was up for a new lease, with all these issues taking place. Just look elsewhere for an apartment."
