"I'm in LOVE with this location. It's right along the golf course with BEAUTIFUL views. A garage comes with the unit and the best part is they don't price gouge. The garages are included with the rent. I recommend Fairway Lane to anyone looking to move. I got a month rent free when I moved in, too. I give all credit to the staff working with me. I appreciate all they do. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you, Ladies for making this experience so pleasant!"

"I’ve lived at this property for almost year now and I absolutely love it!!! I won’t lie, before the management changed I was ready to put in my notice but you can tell how much the new office staff care about their residents and the property as a whole:) The units are spacious, the location is convenient and the prices are fair. If you’re thinking of renting, I absolutely recommend! 10/10"

"I can see the continuous improvements the new management and maintenance team are achieving. The grounds are being picked up daily, the parking has improved tremendously, and you can always reach someone in the office during business hours."

"My original review was deleted in error by myself when I was attempting to edit my prior review to include our move out experience. I Guess Google doesn't provide an option to reinstate a review should this happen. But I wanted to give Good Credit when & where it's due! We moved out in May 2023. Yes the apartments are "dated" but our overall, our experience was positive. Chelsea & Issy were both friendly & responsive.Our maintenance requests were addressed quickly! I was nervous about moving into an apartment again however what drew us to this complex was the convient location- walking distance to the 19th Hole Bar & Grill & the ability to have my dogs here; no breed or weight restrictions; that's rare! Plus my unit included a shared garage; I do wish however that the units included locking storage closet with the rent (they have units available for an additional charge) we lived in these apartments appx 9 months before leaving when an opportunity to purchase a home came available to us. Our move out experience went very well & the damage charges were fair as well as reasonable too! Thank you."

"This place taught me to read the reviews. This place was the #1 worst living experiances of my life. To start if you are military stay far away from this place or any other place owned by this company. They will max out your BHA, and the second sentence out of the managment staff was I saw you got a BHA increase. They fausly advertized the rental amount and 2 days before move in they discolsed a 400$ increase in rent. Even after locking in are lease at the lower amount for a 300$ additional charge. The apartment was absoulty discusting at move in and they did nothing to correct it even after the move in inspection was turned in and the problems were noted. They did not 1 time notify us water or power was being turned off due to maintanace, they also would not tell you when workers had to be in your unit or on your deck they would just show up. I could go on for days about this cash grab dump of a appartment complex. The thing that is really upsetting is they put us in for collections after refusing to do a move out inspection and then rack up cleaning fees and maintenance fees that we were not giving a chance to defend. They know what there doing because all of this is always word of mouth not written so there is nothing to hold them to, for when trying to defend your self to the collection angency or Lawyer. Have No misconceptions about the kind comments in return to low ratings, this place is a slum lord cash grab that will try and trick there way into taking as much $ as possible from you. Also the nehigborhood is very dangorous with gun shots going off and folks trying to rob you out side your house. The managment staff is horrible to say the least."
