"Kirsten was very informative, professional and considerate. I was looking for an ADA apartment of which they had one but was being cleaned. We toured the grounds a bit, went by the pool and visited the fitness room. The grounds are beautiful and well kept! Unfortunately I require a walk in shower and their apartments don’t have this feature, otherwise I would have loved to call this home!!"
"So far I've had a good experience from inquiring about an apartment to moving in. The staff have been very helpful. The environment is great and everyone is respectful of each other. It's quiet and clean. I couldn't have picked a better place."
"In regards to this property ...visited my daughter several times...Everytime I have... I've stepped or nearly stepped in dog waste... all around the property. The dumpster areas are also pretty gross. The inside of apartments are nice, but watch out for doggy poop when you walk outside...I will not be inquiring about moving here anytime soon..Please be careful what your animals eat off the ground...there are new strains of parvo going around!"
"No one was in the office for a scheduled tour. Nobody contacted me to let me know there would be no one available, no one could be bothered to respond to my texts, calls, or online chat while I was waiting for the tour (two days later still no response). What a waste of time and gas. I hope they respond to residents better."
"I was told I was going to be refunded my $300 admin fee within 2 weeks via check as my family did not qualify here. I was told that on 11/09... it's now 12/06 and I still haven't gotten my refund (almost a month). I called them on the 27th and asked if they had sent it out cause I didn't get it. They apologized for the delay and told me my check was cut and was addressed to my corrected mailing address and that I should be getting it shortly. I still haven't received it. I've sent emails and called and I haven't been able to get a hold of them at all regarding this. Before applying here, they were amazing and very responsive but once I paid the application fee and the $300 admin fee, that completely changed. Beware."
