"I felt compelled to write this review to get Dr. Iversen's star rating up to the level she deserves and properly reflects her skills, approachability, and professionalism. I transferred to Dr. Iversen a few years ago after my gynecologist retired. All I can say is, I wish I'd found her sooner. She is so easy to talk to. She is practical and matter of fact without being distant and clinical. She makes talking about potentially awkward and embarrassing problems feel like chatting with a close girlfriend. I cannot recommend her highly enough."
"Dr. Iversen may be a good doctor, but her team doesn't reflect that. She really has very inexperienced, unprofessional, lack of follow up/follow through office team at Good Samaritan in NW Portland. I'm still trying to figure out how any of the staff got their jobs. It makes the entire experience unsettling and non-reassuring in terms of receiving good medical care and ensuring my health. I'm high risk cancer and after 10 days had to call for my test results. Since they didn't know, I'm still waiting for a call back..It has been two days for a total of 12........."
