Maple Grove Apartments

"Disclaimer: I never personally lived here. However, I spoke with the manager in depth about the renting process, what it looks like, and how specifically it would affect my girlfriend's living situation. To put it bluntly, the manager and I had a great conversation, and while I am not eligible to move there at this time, the customer service I received is enough for me to write a review and recommend this place to anyone I know. I am very grateful for that experience. If the managers treat potential customers so warmly and with genuine concern, I can only imagine how well they treat their tenants."

"Especially if you have a child or children do not rent here. THE APARTMENTS ARE FULL OF MOLDS!!! And do blame it tenants instead of actually getting professionals to fix it. It is a nice town to live in but not those apartments. ALL MANAGEMENT CARES ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY NOT THE SAFETY OF THEIR TENANTS!! Most who have younger kids starts getting sick after living there for a while!"

"My wife and I lived in Maple Grove for the last 5 years. The area is quiet and the neighbors are all friendly. The pricing for a one bedroom is fair. The office manager Davia is very helpful and on top of things that need to be fixed. I would highly suggest this place if you're looking for a one bedroom apartment in a quiet area."

"I've lived in Maple Grove apartments for over a year and it was a pleasant experience. If you're looking for a roof over your head but in a safe location than this is the place for you. I always had a good experience with the apartment managers, so that really makes all the difference. Very reasonable people. I have never had noisey neighbors in this apartment complex either. Except the occasional music playing on the weekends. The people doing maintenance are super great people! 10/10 will try to fix any problems you have with the unit. The downside was that you needed to walk to the laundry machines and they will sometimes (a lot) ruin your clothes or not really wash them properly. Also, the trash compactor is always full! But overall, 3/5."

"Lived here 2010- 2011! Had a terrible above neighbor who was obnoxious, but I complained enough and requested a new apartment in the same community. Once they gave me a different apartment, my experience was exemplary. I wish I still lived there, it was so great. Loved being not too far away from the coffee shops, Puget sound, and the base."
