"Has really gone down hill!!! NOT A SAFE PLACE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN!!! Have had two drive by shootings, crack heads fist fighting in my front yard at 3am. Had another person truing to open my door in broad daylight!!! Not to mention you cant have your dog tethered to a stake in the ground. ( say in summer time ) They owner also tapped off outside hose line so you cant wash your car.. water your plants… or anything else. This was in summer time mind you. And my rents been raised 400$ in 5 years!!!! 1359$ is insane for this place and space. Thats just in my opinion."

"(Moved Out and Deposit NOT Returned! The Owners in Texas said they would cut another check and mail out when I called after 3 months of moving out). Now 5 months later, still NO deposit return. Contacted Texas & Washington State Attorney’s General's office with complaints. After living here over 3 years and experiencing change of ownership, (yet property management is currently the same). I'd avoid renting here and I am moving my family from this location mainly because of poor communication and lack of action to improve safety and comfort. They recently painted apartments, even repaved the parking areas, (but outside appearance doesn't help what you don't see). If you complain, they'll ignore, delay or outright tell you they can do something that they never will actually do. The problems are too many to list here, I've rented all my life and never have I been in a situation where the renters are treated as cattle, not customers. People store junk, clutter, repair motor bikes and cars reving engines leaving tools about that people can trip over, kids can pick up small parts or razor blades. Amplified sound blaring from vehicles in parking lot all hours of the day and night or cars double parked days on end, that management ignores or just isn't aggressive enough towards any behavior that can cause harm to others or children of renters. If you are disabled or someone in your family is, this isn't a place you want to rent from. Cars park over the sidewalk preventing people in wheelchairs or walkers to pass, limited almost non existence handicap parking (see photos). Also after 1st year of renting, our rent increased $300 in the month of November. If you complain, they say they are very sorry to hear of these problems and maybe you should move. We are and that's why I'm warning you to consider not renting here. FYI:In 2023 Washington State Law says a client's Refund must be sent out within 30 days of move out with an itemized notice. We are 3 months past what Law allows. A court judge doesn't like to hear when a Landlord fails to follow the law."

"I have been here for 11yrs and have never had any problems with the staff the ownership has changed a few times I had trouble with one neighbor in which management moved to a different unit since I wasn't the only ones having issues with them l love here Danielle and Tom are doing a great job and so does all the maintenance guys"

"We moved in here in August 2019. We're very happy to be here. All single story apartments, originally built as Navy housing, but updated, although not recently. Ownership has changed hands, and management companies, but many of the employees have stayed the same. We have found them to be helpful, friendly and relatively quick to take care of any issues. I've read the other reviews and can say that we've not had any problems with neighbors, noise after 10pm/before 7am, homeless persons living in our parking lot or open drug use. We live really close to the playground and open green area. I haven't found the residents to be unfriendly or inconsiderate of other residents. There is always room for improvement, but we're happy here and have just signed another 1 year lease."
