"One of my favorite apartments to live at! The apartments themselves are a little outdated, small for the price (where isn’t nowadays), and parking can be a hassle for guests. The office staff, specifically Donna and Jessie are the absolute best! They’ve been so sweet and helpful throughout our moving process. First in September when we first moved in and again recently when we switched apartments; we wanted to stay even though we also needed to make a change. They go above and beyond in making the leasing office a welcoming place and have been very prompt at any request I have made. Four stars because even though there are some cons, they’re pretty run of the mill for apartment living but the office staff has made all the difference. I never thought I’d find genuinely kind and caring office staff after my last 7 years of renting."
"It was my husband and I visiting diplomat for the first time. What stood out to me was how welcoming Donna was. She went above and beyond with helping us choose the right apartment for us. I love how the very next day they emailed us about a walk through so we can see the layout of the apartment before making a decision. Jessi was also very welcoming and gave us a tour although she was injured she made sure we were able to see the apartment so we would have a clear depiction of what we were signing up for. Overall it was a great experience, and I can’t wait to move in with my husband and fur-baby."
