"04/2020 The condos aren't terrible, it's the neighbors. We live in condo 1745 bldg H104 and we can hear Everything. We can hear every neighbor leaving their house and coming down the stairs outside, we can clearly hear conversations through the walls and windows. We can hear every move our upstairs neighbor makes, when they walk their floor (our ceiling) creaks loudly and it sounds like stomping. We moved in on a Sunday and had to call the police on our immediate upstairs neighbor for partying at 2am on Wednesday. They constantly have people coming over, constantly have parties, constant screaming, yelling, Loud music, stomping, Running, falling. Our lights shake on our ceiling from them. It's every single night, all night. While we were viewing the condo and Before we even signed our rental agreement our landlord told us over 10 times that we could not have people over, have parties or loud music. Not worth wasting 1300$ a month to be exhausted and unable to enjoy our home 20/7. Update 05/2020 We're still having issues with our upstairs neighbors partying or fighting at 3AM. We were told by our landlord that we had to write a letter and submit it to the management here. So we wrote one and attached police documents, and they did nothing. I have talked to other surrounding neighbors who are also disturbed by the neighbors that make noise, they said they have called the police and talked to management as well but the HOA management here does nothing about tenants that violate the regulations."
