"Dr. Mora was my doctor during pregnancy and then did my C-section. He always had a very compassionate and careful approach. During the surgery he was quick, confident, professional and managed to keep my spirit up. I always trust him. He is an awesome doctor!"
"Dr.Mora is a very professional doctor. He is a caring and loving person. He was their for the whole 5 hours while my wife was giving labor."
"I don’t think my wife and I could’ve been more disappointed and frustrated from our experience with Dr. Mora. We are going through surrogacy to have a child, and flew across the country from Virginia to Washington for our one and only opportunity to join an appointment in-person. Dr. Mora was extremely short with us and condescending. Given this was the only appointment we were able to join in-person we prepared 12 questions. We got through four of them, and all but one was answered by Dr. Mora with “You should just have the surrogate forward you the ultrasound results and read it.” The only one he did answer led to him realizing that there was a blood test our surrogate was yet to have. When our surrogate asked him what the blood test was for the only information he provided was “it’s routine, nothing to worry about.” Before we could get to our remaining questions he told us “I could spent 25 minutes answering your questions but you should just look at the ultrasound results.” Once the ultrasound results were shared with us, they provided no context beyond information along the lines of “All of the following are good.” No context on what good means, why it’s good, what was examined to determine anything was good. It was also our first and only chance to hear the baby’s heartbeat in-person before it’s born. Once Dr. Mora found the baby in the surrogates stomach with his equipment, he played the audio of the heartbeat for less than 5 seconds before moving on. As we tried again to ask Dr. Mora questions toward the end of our appointment we were interrupted by at least four awkward exchanges between Dr. Mora and his assistant regarding them trying to close out our appointment in their computer system while we and our surrogate had to sit in the room listening to them. This was such a disappointing and heartbreaking experience for my wife and I given the limited opportunities we have to be part of the pregnancy due to being located across the country. I strongly recommend others avoid Dr. Mora and find a doctor that will give you the care you need and deserve during the pregnancy process."
"He was very kind and explained the procedure that needed to be done. I felt he was sympathetic and addressed my concerns."
"Dr Mora is a very caring and detailed doctor. He is very thorough and takes the all the time you need. I have had breast cancer twice. Anytime I've noticed a change, he get's me in right away, gets the ball rolling on whatever I need to have done. He has a wonderful bedside manner and a sense of humor, too. I trust him 120%."
