"Our insurance from my job changed after several years and when I asked if they took our new insurance they said they did. My checkups were always fully covered. Then I received a sizable bill for the balance of a simple checkup and cleaning and I come to find out they are “out of network”. This was an omission at best and shady business practices at worst. I would have changed dentists had I known. PS-When I brought this up to them this is a text response I received from their office: “Justin, you are a responsible adult. You can do the responsible thing and pay your balance or let the account default. I have cancelled your next appointment and inactivated your account. You will receive a statement in the mail. each month until paid. Janet -Barkley Village Family Dentistry” There are great dentists and hygienists there, but don’t bother going if you have Guardian insurance unless they tell you the cost upfront."

"First time at this dentist. Very efficient and the hygienist was really good - very gentle and professional. Unfortunately I did have a cavity that got missed by my old dentist so it was pretty large. Dr Rogers carefully removed it and was able to save the tooth. She was super efficient and fast. I had a great experience and am relieved with my choice to change dentists to Barkley Village Family Dentistry. It's now the day after and my mouth feels normal with no discomfort.
