The apartments themselves are very well maintained. They are beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding greenery is simply breathtaking. "We have been here since the property opened. They pay attention to the needs of the people living here. The grounds are clean, manicured and protected by security. The community has events and the office staff is involved and they make it easy to know your neighbors. The pool and hot tub and patio are beautiful and cleaned daily. The maintenance crew is on top of all needs, they are truly the best. Love it here."

"I DO NOT recommend living here!!! This review is being update from my first review when I lived here my first six months. I'm on the end of my lease and looking forward to moving out. Where do I begin, management hasn't been helpful since day one. I've reported my downstairs neighbors over 10 times for abuse and harassment, noise issues, called the police and filed a report, called Atlas security several times - filed reports with Atlas and nothing has been done. I've called corporate, emailed corporate and NOTHING. IRRESPONSIBLE & INCOMPETENCE. Four months ago (late spring 2023) My service dog was attacked by another dog in the complex and management would not do anything, they even denied animal control tried to talk to them after several attempts from animal control. A week ago October 2023 my storage unit was broken into by kids, I submitted photos and management ignores me and currently, my a/c is not working and as usual, management gives me the run around. Acero Jensen Park is NOT worth the high rent they charge!!!!"

"Amazing customer service the manager is a gem! Overall positive experience here. The pool hot tub and fire pit + club house is an amazing place to unwind. Gated community is a plus. You get treated like kings here they take your trash for you from your front door!"
