"Do not EVER rent from these people. EVER. They're accosting us in April of 2023 for what they're claiming was a billing error that they made back in 2021! And they're threatening, apparently, to take legal action if we don't comply by some arbitrary date they set. 100% true story. Their claim is that unless we can prove we were charged by them by scouring credit cards and then submitting the statements from two years ago they will take some sort of action. Is this even legal???? It can't be. Unbelievable."
"Our vacation home was lovely and our family had a great time, but I will never stay at another All Seasons vacation property again. Their customer service was horrible, charging me fees after our vacation without getting ahold of me first about the details of the charges. They charged us for extra garbage, stating ours was outside of "reasonable". They accused us of having a "party" or "catered" event, in which we didn't. It was just our family. We get together every year, once a year on this weekend. Never again with them. Be wary everyone!!"
"Best Stay and People/ Customer Care ever! Pamela, who works here is the best! She makes sure you have everything you need and more and is so kind and warm and comforting. I came here during a very difficult time and Pamela treated me like family. And I am not exaggerating.She helped me get a cabin that allowed cats and transferred my original rental plans to that cabin with a small discount for the trouble. It's people like her that make this world a better place. I stayed at Henry Creek cabin and it is the perfect home! I wish I owned one just like it! It is so beautiful and peaceful here. This place has beautiful homes that have great access to a lot of Mount Hood. Wildwood park nearby as wonderful. The place has all you could need including proper can openers. Flashlights, wood stocked and candles and so much more one would need for anything. I mean..., they thought of everything."
