"This is our third office manager that we have experience with at The Trails At Salmon Creek. Ann has been more than a representative for TMG. She has responded professionally with both of us, when we bring our concerns and comments to her attention. We would give her a ten star rating if possible. Her maintenance staff, Andy and Matthew, are easy to work with. They care about taking care of resident problems and concerns. We have over 100 residents at the Trails at Salmon Creek and the staff here treats both of us as extended family members."
"I had no idea what "community" living would be like. I have met some friends forever. And the residents put together a lot of activities. The gift of coffee in the mornings is a treat. Maintenance visits 3 times a week. Most of the problems are solved in a timely manner! Love it However, I am still waiting 1 year now) for a screen to my only source of fresh air. This is the only reason the Trails doesn't get 5 stars. I have had to shew out Stink bugs, yellow jackets, and flies because of the 2 inch gap around the door."
"I moved into my apartment here at The Trails at Salmon Creek in June. The process on my end was fairly fraught, and Kelsey could not have been more kind and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure that my move-in was easy, and she accommodated all my needs calmly and cheerfully. Since moving in, I have found Kelsey to be just as cheerful, helpful and kind as she was at the beginning; she helps organize social events for residents which have been fun, and got me out to meet others here. She is a wonderful manager. I cannot recommend Kelsey and The Trails highly enough!!"
"The Office management are caring. The apartments are wonderful! I move in soon. UPDATE: I've been here for almost two full weeks and I'm falling more and more in love with my new little home. I miss my piano but that's about it! The neighbors are awesome! Come and join the family...."
