Springfield Meadows Apartments

"When we first moved in everything was fine. 2 years later they wouldn't let us sign a new lease and made us go month to month which jacked rent up multiple times. We moved out because there was a cockroach infestation from another apartment in our building that they did not take care of, it was BAD. When we moved out August 2023 they are still trying to charge us for stuff that wasn't broken or replaced. Now 6 months later and still haven't heard back from anyone. They rarely ever answer the phone so can't get ahold of anyone."

"Picked up a couple people from there to go to the pumpkin patch. Very nice apartment complex swimming pool exercise room sauna a lot of things to do. Very clean apartment complex more parking than most with covered parking. Three stories high and they go alphabetically which is cool cuz there's so many of them A to Z."

"Worst place I've ever lived in and I'm counting down the days until my lease ends. This place has had a serious impact on my mental health and I'd leave in a heartbeat if there wasn't a hefty fee to leave early after realizing how horrible living here is. Let's see, where do I even begin? I've had guests walking back to their cars at night harassed for money by sketchy strangers. People speed around the parking lot as if there aren't small children around, and I can't imagine how parents must feel when their kids are walking home from the bus stop with idiots flying in and out of here at 40 MPH. The walls/floors are extremely thin and not well insulated, so you'll hear AND feel every step your downstairs/upstairs neighbor takes. Also be prepared to suffer if you have inconsiderate neighbors who don't have jobs and blast their TV and music 24/7. Unfortunately that's most of the population here. Lastly, expect the police to be here almost every other night due to frequent domestic disputes and god knows what else. All of this is very disappointing, because the actual staff has been great, and I recognize they can only do so much about the multitude of issues. There are always nice community events, treats, and giveaways ever so often. The leasing office staff are very warm and welcoming. The maintenance crew are awesome and will handle repairs swiftly and promptly. The grounds are kept relatively tidy, and you would think this is a nice place to live at first. The location is nice, being centrally located and super close to the Vancouver Mall. Unfortunately all these positives pale in comparison to the overwhelming abysmal atmosphere and the dread of coming home to this place after a long day of work."
