"Affordable housing in Hood River. Management is amazing and addresses all issues immediately. Nothing fancy inside. You’ll have to get a window air conditioner for summer. Laundry is not over priced. A safe place for kids and walking your dog. Quiet at night not much going on except the occasional kids birthday party celebration. YOLO :) The only thing to consider is we are only allowed one parking space per household, no matter how many people are living in it. So if you don’t want to be towed or have your lease revoked consider that factor empty parking spaces are not available to you. And if you have visitors they will have to park on the side of the street also. And sometimes the street is pretty packed and you have to go a block or two away. I have received three tickets from the city in 5 years. One was legit, two were not. So make sure you’re following all parking laws when choosing a spot, they do patrol the area for parking."
