"Our refrigerator was making strange noises. I submitted a Maintenance Request through their online portal. Jim, from maintenance came promptly and fixed my issue. He’s helped me with a number of issues and always has a great attitude. 5 stars from me! Maintenance Crew here at Avana rocks!!!! Part of the reason why I renewed my lease!"

"So disappointed with Avana 109. Trash services are hit or miss. Residents don’t pick after dogs. Billing for rent constantly goes up and I get told it was for increased community charges that happened months ago. I get doubled billed for garage, parking and garbage two months in a row but no one knows why that happens. We have vehicles parked that are non operational or wrecked. Pulling out of the apartment complex on to the street is dangerous because you can’t see oncoming traffic until it’s too late and vehicles speed by.. I tried to renew our contract on time but kept having software problems that is not my fault. When I finally did a notice that said it was accepted I find out weeks later that they never approved it. Corporate office never corrected it so we are told we paying the same amount as a month to month contract, but the office insists that we are committed to a 12 month contract which is $200 less each month. We have been here for 5 years now and many management changes. It’s never been as bad as it is now. Not recommended!"

"If you like to live with garbage everywhere, live here. If you like unprofessional management, live here. If you want a poorly maintained unit, live here. If you want to pay more for an updated unit, live here. 11/12/22. PS, the garbage hasn’t improved, this morning upon entering the driveway there’s seen a huge assortment of broken used furniture which include a very used mattress and multiple bags of garbage. When will you improve AVANA ONE ZERO NINE? If you’re looking for a place to rent, don’t rent here! See new photo posted. 1/2/2023 New year isn’t any better. 2 new pictures showing garbage and old furniture that has been discarded by tenants. 10/21/23 Tenants parking in spaces that they don’t pay for. People trying the doors to your car to see if they open. Security that isn’t available when you need them."

"I am a tenant here. Fairly large attractive (if a bit dated) complex, in terms of actual units. good, maintained grounds and amenities ( Fitness center and two swimming pools, a dog park and an Amazon hub ) Fairly frequent & cordial communication between management office and its tenants. The complex has industrial neighbors that have a significant amount of big rig" trucks traversing outside the complex so there can be noisy at times, usually during business hours."

"My review is based on the community and NOT the young lady who works in the front office. I moved In less than 5 days ago. But to be transparent and fair she has been extremely helpful and professional. The one critique is that she can answer the phone more in the office, however, Management should better support her and hire another person to assist her. Now to the community, the community has certainly fell far below my expectations. The amenities, that being the only true luxury the pool(s) are both non-operational. That is very disappointing especially seeing how the weather has been over 90° these last 3 days. The quality of my apartment was awful. I needed to put in over 5 service request upon move in. My front door frame needs work. I am just very disappointed with the quality of the home that was presented to me. I will be open to say I opted for the NONRENOVATED option just being cheap I suppose and you pay for what you get in this case. The doors are out of a stranger things episode, like just very dated and one of the wood painting or wallpaper on the doors are dated and torn. My FRONT DOOR barely closes. It has been an eye opener for sure. Needless to say I will not be extending my lease pass the initial term."
