Cascade Park

"My now-husband and I lived here from August 2018 to July 2020 before moving back to Nevada. This was a fantastic place to live. A smaller complex, lovely landscaping, beautiful floors and wood fireplaces, huge balconies and patios, reasonable rent, and great staff. Maintenance was always helpful when we needed them. Ali at the front office (although I think she’s at another community now) and all the other office folks were so awesome and loved our 2 dogs. We would have lived there longer if we weren’t moving out of state."

"Have lived here for several months. The staff is great--very kind and helpful. The maintenance folks are particularly quick and friendly. Great value in a good location, IMO."

"Do not move here especially if you have pets. The staff at these are apartments are not professional at all. Maintenance comes to fill work orders smelling horribly of alcohol. Also, office staff and maintenance bad mouth residents to other residents. Recently they have set up traps all around the property to catch residents pets so they can take them to the humane society. Even if they know who the cat belongs too. This is DISGUSTING to me! The picture of this trap has a cat inside. I understand residents need to follow the ridiculous “ no outdoor cats” rule, but this is going too far. This cat could have accidentally slipped out the door or it could be a cat from a house in the neighborhood next to the apartments."

"The management and maintenance staff are incredible here. This is the most proactive apartment staff I've ever had, and very pleasant to deal with. 5+ stars."

"The girls in the office are always so nice! The maintenance guys are really nice also and always get what they can get done as soon as possible, even if emergency maintenance calls cut into their night. Kiara helped me out so much when I was asking questions about the complex and made out of state moving so much easier!"
