Renaissance at 29th Apartments

"Closet doors are too big, and they kept falling off the rails whenever we tried to use them. Submitted a request to have it repaired and maintenance didn't acknowledge it for over a month. No one picks up after their dogs and there's poop everywhere. A lot of people walk their dogs off leash, which is dangerous. Grassy areas are always flooded in rainy season, making walking your dog a mess. Tree branches and trash is everywhere. Walls are paper thin, in some places literally. Don't try to hang shelves. I've adjusted my rating from 1 to 4 because the office staff are so amazing. They really listen to us and take our concerns seriously. If it's taking too long for maintenance to address our issues, they help us connect with them to get things fixed quickly. While it does sometimes take months for maintenance to get to you, when they do, they're really great."

"No one came out. I stopped by the maintenance shop and got a toilet stopper myself, but it didn't fix the issue. Toilet is still not filling up properly and I have to do it manually."

"If I could give zero stars and write a review that's what I would do. This place is pathetic, first off my daughters living room plug in got hot, smoked and burned her furniture then a part of her living room celing fell in which they took over a month to fix and if that wasn't enough they refused her rent and evicted her. If you are smart you won't rent from these people. We were warned before she moved in but didn't l isten."

"The apartment was in a great area and the management was friendly and accommodating. Service requests for repairs were responded to quickly and the rent was very reasonable. I would highly recommend the Renaissance!"

"I could not rate this place high enough. As soon as the new management took over the community has been thriving. The management has been some of the kindest people and the most willing to work with people I have ever seen. Renaissance at 29th, you set the bar high. I cannot even begin to thank you for the amount of care and attention you offer and still continue to offer. I can call the office with a problem and get an answer the very same day. Or call the office and get maintenance in my place the same week to fix something and EVEN SHOW ME HOW to fix it myself if I so chose. I can show up at the office and speak to the manager or one of the representatives really at any time I need to. Let me tell you. They are BY FAR some of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure of talking to and working with. If you are looking for a really nice and up kept apartment or townhome to call home look no further than Renaissance at 29th. You'll be glad you did."
