"Neighbors smoke keeps coming into my apartment. Neighbors blast music from their cars all hours of the day and the police never respond on time. The manager barely speaks clear English. Maintenance is under qualified and I have fixed things better than them many times. They won’t even tow cars that don’t belong in the parking lot. Don’t live here it sucks. update: stuff constantly gets stolen out of cars and property gets damaged. people are dealing drugs in the parking lot. this is a unsafe neighborhood. the staff asks when im going to move out everytime i complain."

"I am a fellow neighbor and see so much traffic in and out. Police there every other night to break up fights and noise complaints. Bad management that recommends other neighbors to this apartment to call police for assistance. Such a bad business to run for those who truly need it."

"They say my car is not clean enough for their liking and so they are towing it tomorrow at 10am. We have a parking permit. It is not broken down. We drive it. It is not theirs to inspect. If they have issues with it, they could talk to us. Instead we got a notice saying they are having it towed at our expense. Really?! Oh, they also yelled at my husband for giving a bad review on here."

"Management is very rude, no communication skills whatsoever....there is cameras only on some of the buildings and a few are right next to tendants bedroom windows and they have not just video they are audio as well which i believe is wrong by all means and weird!!! They need new management and less drug people so i wouldnt recommend renting from these people especially if ur a smoker, not allowed on property whatsoever!! Wheres are freedom people.....the management is nothing but negative and so are the worker. Racist to say the least!!!"

"the manager there is racist there was a CONSTANT mold problem in my apartment when I moved in instead of cleaning the walls they just painted over what was there including a used Band-Aid it was horrible there oh and on top of that if they decide to give you a notice for something they don't even bother to try and talk to you they just tape a note on your door which is illegal but they don't care and another thing that was bs was the inspections they never showed up when they claimed they were going to if they even showed up at all our neighbors never once got inspected and their place was a pig sty oh and if you have kids be warned they do allow sex offenders to live at these apartments as well"
