"Best apartment complex I have ever lived at. It's safe, quiet, the staff are friendly and they take care of issues and concerns quickly. Two thumbs way up!"
"I lived here for 7 years, close to awesome parks gyms and more. Maintenance was always prompt , and not much drama pretty safe neighborhood. The cons, the walls are kind of thin so if you have a good neighbor great, but loud neighbors can be annoying. Patty is a good manager, and made things easy for me when I had to make a fast move to Portland."
"Just moved in a few months ago. They keep things well maintained including the yards. Great staff too and great place to live. They also have a full playground for kids too amd it's nice and quiet. I really enjoy living here."
"This is the place we've been calling home since July 2017. There is a park across the street where we can walk and our dog can play off leash. The management and staff are very friendly and considerate. They're truly reliable when it comes to maintenance or repair requests. For instance, there was a leak coming from the roof in our bathroom. Pretty quickly it was taken care of, even sealing the bathroom so any mold could be killed and not spread to the rest of the apartment. Then we needed a new faucet, and we got a better one right away. When there was another leak, this time from the washer, the plumber came to fix it. Unfortunately it kept leaking, so they gave us a new washer. What I'm trying to express in this review is that these apartments may be "old", but the management really makes an effort to keep the place in shape. Whenever an appliance breaks, there will be a new one. If a repair is needed in the apartment itself, you'll have a guaranteed good job pretty quickly. Also, the complex has a neat landscape with cherry blossoms and bushes that bloom so pretty in the spring. And there are also other trees with different colors foliage in the fall. We appreciate having amenities such as a gym and a lounge, and the pool in the summer is neat for the very hot days. Me & my family are very happy to be here, and hope to keep calling this place home for at least another year."
"The apartments are what you would expect for $1000 a month, but the prices keep going up and up. Now they want over 1500 a month for 2bd a garage and parking space. Maintenance is very slow, because they really only have one person doing anything. The gym is unusable, equipment is old and isn't worth using. The hot tub is always either green or cold (Used to be great, but has been bad for a couple months). You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do, the walls are paper thin. The property floods in a lot of spots during the rain. Many downspouts don't work and the rain just comes of the roof like a waterfall which is loud and creates small ponds next to the buildings. On the good side it is a great place for dog owners and is conveniently located. It also feels relatively safe."
