"Since living here in 2021, it definitely has been a poor experience both with staff and a few neighbors. We had a neighbor playing bass throughout the night and you can it hear through the whole entire apartment and no matter how much we complained it was not resolved until a year and half later. The office attempted to resolve the issue by asking if we like to move to another unit and expected us to pay all the fees. Another example, is that my dryer was replaced and was not working on the first day and staff expected us to wait 5 more days after that because it was an inconvenience for them to replace the dryer that they did not bother to test in the first place. The security cameras are not connected (only in the pool and office area) so a lot of car break ins and car thefts occurred in this gated community. There is not even a security patrol that goes around. I have also seen former residents use the car wash area and other questionable things. Apparently, no one cares about contracts since we have seen multiple people with 3 plus pets and multiple people with German shepherds and pit bulls that have attacked other dogs (no consequences). A lot of people tend not to clean up after their dogs too. The worst part of living here was when we first moved here, the apartment below us carbon monoxide alarm started to go off because the maintenance at the time spray painted the walls. We all had to stay at a hotel and it was nail and tooth for the apartment complex to take that off our rent. I also overheard a staff at the time discussing this with another employee and other issues at a restaurant I happened to be in. The list goes on and on…..from pot smoking neighbors to abandoned cars/non moving cars in open parking spaces. Definitely recommend if you are military to live on post"

"My husband and I recently moved to Washington from Oahu and we were in search of an apartment close to JBLM. One of my friends from high school recommended Abbey Rowe. The staff were very helpful in our process of moving in and were very welcoming! 2 weeks living here and we needed some maintenance help and they were very quick to help fix things in our apartment! love how it’s pretty quiet here and experienced no issues! Very happy we chose this apartment!"

"I moved into Abbey Rowe apartments yesterday and had such a great experience. I have lived in many other apartments and this was the easiest move-in process I’ve had. The apartment was very clean, the grounds are well maintained, and the complex is very well lit at night. The biggest thing I noticed was how friendly and helpful the staff is. They remember who you are and respond to any maintenance issues quickly. So happy I found this place!"

"My husband and I just moved here from Hawaii and were in need of a place. Although we didn’t have jobs yet, we have enough savings to last us a year and the leasing agent Lauryn was able to quickly get us the unit we wanted right away. Maintenance also came to fix a few things fairly quickly and put in new orders to replace cabinets and to install a new screen for the window in the master bedroom. All in all, we are very happy to be living here!"
