"The manager of Deschutes cove is really hard to get ahold of. Not in the office when it says on the door. People that live there have trouble making appointments with her to change income, and household members. There's empty apartments, there for months. She moves people from there apartment to a new apartment, when they have destroyed their unit. When she should of evicted them for causing the unit to be untreatable, and need hazmat to get into the unit, to clean it out and strip it. Then it has to be redone. The person is just going to destroy the unit they were moved into now. She has her favorite renters, and treats others badly, she shouldn't be a manager."
