"So I just moved out and you seriously need to ignore any past reviews that are bad considering it's under brand new management . The complex is very quiet and reasonable for being right on the nisqually river (you should see the SALMON that comes out of that river you would not believe your eyes !! ) . It's pretty much in your back yard and there is a fire pit right right there if you wanna do a bomb fire at night after fishing all day. You will also have a real nice size patio on your back porch and an area that's pretty big for storage . Nobody ever complains because they are all pretty much happy there . I had to move out for different reasons but mainly to be closer to family . If it was not for that ? I would have stayed forever . Jessica the manager is very kind and very easy to work with and she does keep the place safe and running very well . I Would give Jessica a 10 star for doing such a great job !! She is cut out for this job that's for sure because she is good at it ..The maintenance is phenomenal !!! So cool to have good maintenance to back you up !! They do everything and great at it ,!! Like I said it's an awesome place to live if your alone or with kids . Very close to jblm and very close to shopping Walmart fast food etc etc .. I would say about 6 minutes and your everywhere you need to be ! It sits right off highway 5 so it's pretty easy access . But I loved the way it was set back in the woods and quiet with the river right there .So you have management a 5 star maintenance 5 star location 5 star and the price 5 star ... You can't get better than that !!! Check it out !"

"Pretty nice for the price. There are still some problems, but a heck of a lot of work was obviously done to fix up the apartment I saw. I would definitely like to live there. Nice, helpful neighbors, plenty of space for kids to run around, you can chill on your patio and keep an eye on them if you want. If you're outgoing you'll probably end up knowing all your neighbors within a couple weeks. And no, I wasn't paid for this review."

"We moved in nervous cuz of past reviews from old management, but have had a great experience for the cost. Units have been updated. Management is responsive, issued are delt with in a costly manor. It's quite, private, and a typical rural neighborhood. So far no issues. Almost everyone has dogs. No issues there like past post mention. So far no issues with mold. All the old riff raff is gone and it feels safe. Even the long term tendents have mentioned how much better and cleaner the place is!"

"They say they accept larger dogs and asked for a picture of my dog. I wanted to se ya place to move from out of state. Already have a job enough income and clean background and credit. And said they epithet back to me but never did. Then sent an email telling me to apply, then after paying the application fee &60 they denied my pet, then a week later I get another email needing trans union verification? It would have been nice to know they would not accept my dog and the reason why before charging me for an application. Unscrupulous at the least, if not criminal stay away they can’t manage anything let alone property."
