"I love this community after being here a month. The condo is cozy, warm and is home for many years to come. We love the grounds, feels like we live in a park! The parking is wonderful with 2 covered spots. The neighbors I've met all seem wonderful and Mary the manager of the property had been wonderful and incredibly helpful. Thanks so much for a wonderful community for my little family! We love it here ❤️"
"My home since June 2023. I LOVE this place! I’m doing everything I can think of to make this my home for the next several years. It’s got such a beautiful setting—so many trees and well groomed landscape. Right next to Western Chehalis Trail. The property manager, Scott M is the nicest most proficient guy you’d ever want to meet. Aside from being an expert in his field, he’s accessible and responds immediately to residents’ needs. I so appreciate his upbeat positive attitude as well as His courtesy, respect and efficiency. This place, including Scott, get an A+++ rating from me!"
"Seems like a nice complex from the outside. Modern units. Quiet complex. But today I hit my limit of things I am willing to put up with. For example, I didn't say anything when: 1)We moved in and there were stains on the carpet and a big paint splatter on the wall of the second bedroom. Apparently, they do not change out the carpet (or clean it very well) or re-paint between tenants. 2) After moving in my husband and I bought a grill for the balcony, since there were allowed and multiple tenants had them. Then, at the beginning of summer, the complex changed their mind and banned grilled from the property. This was frustrating after spending a few hundred dollars on a grill. 3)Bans on the little things: a hummingbird feeder on the porch or a privacy screen on the balcony. HOWEVER, yesterday I put in a maintenance request for a new water filter for our refrigerator and for someone to come look at the lights (things the complex has replaced in the past). They constantly go on and off, even after we replaced them BEFORE submitting a maintenance request, they go out within days. We think it might be something with the wiring. Today, management emailed the community saying they will no longer be replacing lights or water filters for refrigerators. The day after my request for help, they stopped offering these repairs for all units. I also did not find out until a community letter was sent. I'm furious and fed up. I hope this review helps others."
"6 months ago, we moved. It's right next to the Chehalis Western Trail. We can only say we have wonderful experiences. I have found it to be very spacious and comfortable! The maintenance crew is timely with requests and the apartment managers I have had have all been very professional! Scott is amazing!!!"
"Summers Manor used to be a great place to live. The new owner is awful. Property Manager Scott is wonderful but whoever the new owners are keep changing all of the rules. For example, we were told when we moved in that BBQ's and bikes were acceptable to have on our porch. They even insisted to chain it to our railing if we wanted. Now neither things are allowed on our porch? It may seem small but this is just one of many things. Through this ownership change we have had 4 inspections in the last month which feels wild. I don't know what the owner is gaining rather than attempting to drive out all current tenants. I'm very disappointed. Where you live should be a home. I would have given this place 5 stars two months ago but now I wish I could give it zero."
