"Leasing agents were great with me. They were not pushy or trying to upsell me different apartments. This was my first time signing a lease and I could not be happier with the location and quality for the price. I really feel the value for the unit I chose. They were very helpful with my situation and made sure I was ready before paying any fees. Overall an amazing value for a premium building in an amazing location."
"I live in a one-bedroom studio, and I love it. It’s close to Shipyard, which is nice because I will be working there soon, and it’s a five-minute walk, if not eight at most. I love the coffee machine However it does have a time restriction were previously when I first moved in it was throughout the whole day and night. However they had to change it to the cost.I love the clubhouse, where it feels like a good place to have an event, which you can rent to have an event there. You get a nice view of the yachts. The roof is nice during the summer. I love the holidays when they do activities that get my fellow neighbors involved in meeting each other. I love how you don’t have to pay in coins to do your laundry. I love that we have a garbage chute room that has a recycle bin right next to it. I really like that I can park inside the garage and know that my car is safe. I love that it’s close to the ferry, subway, and other restaurants. It is definitely worth living here."
"Brand new apartments with great amenities -- the rooftop is amazing to enjoy during summer hours. Tara is by far the nicest person with the best customer service out of the entire management team. She is helpful, gets on any questions that we have, and follows through. Perhaps the management team is relatively new with some processes that need to be ironed out -- for example, how to check out key to the outdoor firepit. Overall, it is a convenient location to be: close the ferry terminal which makes working in Seattle a breeze. --- Updated in Dec 2023: 1. So Marina Square first offer coffee throughout the day when we first moved in. During the last month or so, Marina Square has decided to limit coffee hours (assuming due to cost). Further, the cleaning staff is scheduled to clean coffee machine each morning during rush hours. Rayven (the new staff who replaced Tara) indicated that that how their staff is scheduled and nothing they can do about. Zero customer service compared to when we first moved in and our experience with Tara. 2. Marina Square decided to put in a package room for their South building. It has been several months, and our packages have been delivered to the wrong room. When suggestions were made to the staff to at least make a sign to make an attempt to correct this, our suggestions nor any action from Marina Square were taken. The inconvenience? The Marina Square automatic doors (ADA access) have been broken for months - imaging carrying big packages in one hand and having go use a second hand to open the door to get in."
"Don’t do it! Worst Management Company in The U.S. I have lived in 7 states and 5 countries. I have never been denied an apartment. Stephen and the Management company scammed me, and then denied me an apartment. I forgot to pay my $100 gas bill in 2020 when I fled Boston during the lockdown. Stephen told me that if I pay it, I’m all good. So I did. And they rejected me. This is pretty much illegal. They also did not refund my entire $350 fee for nothing. This is what you call a horrible management company. In the end, I’m happy because I found a much nicer place with a professional Management company. I feel sorry for anyone who signed a lease with these guys. Take an Architect’s advice whom has lived in the most expensive cities in 2 continents."
