Butler Cove Apartments

"Current managment is an improvement, and Emily the current manager is great, but it feels too little too late for this place. Renovations are being done to update the units and surroundings, but i just had too many bad experiences here to stay any longer. For the price, there are much nicer and much newer units available. Note that all the positive reviews are from the last 6 months, and no reviews older than that exist even though these apartments have been here since the 70's. Huge red flag to me. Lived here for many years and had a negative experience overall. Units are old and riddled with mold. Management/ownership changed more times than I care to count, each with new rules without having tenants sign new rental agreements. Horrific rent increases like I've never seen. Meth/crack addicts allowed to move in, and allowed to do whatever they wanted with no regards to others' safety and well-being, and no help from management."

"Close to everything but feels secluded and is very quiet. I often see deer make their way through - love it here! Management and maintenance are quick to respond if there are any issues. Pricing seems fair. It's a quiet little community and they have regular events for the holidays for residents. Highly recommend!"

"I love it here . I love that there are fun little games/activities around the holidays. I love that monthly we are emailed fun events happening around town. They are keeping the place nice and the community is really peaceful and clean. The location is perfect . I’m minutes from downtown and the mall but, I feel like I have my own private area. "The property manager Emily is by far the best manager I’ve ever had (and I’m a property manager’s daughter that’s in another state). They are quick on maintenance if needed, easy ways to make payments. The property is well maintained. Since switching management companies it’s gotten so much better! I’m happy to have called this place home."

"My 2 bedroom apt. At Butler Cove since March ‘23 has been a safe haven surrounded by magnificent pine trees. The staff and maintenance crew are superior. They go the extra mile repairing and improving each unit. Quiet and private feels like a house more than a townhouse. It’s a joy and relief after moving here from California."
