"It was finally nice to have or see the manager speak with me and say that they are actually going to start cleaning things up here, it was also nice to have maintenance finally come and take care the issues I was having in my apartment."

"Management dosent follow through, the pictures they have up as the apartments? Don’t look like that AT ALL. Noisy people that can’t mind their business. Cars getting broken into, cars catching on fire and nothing being done about it. There are nasty stuff going on inside these apsrtments for YEARS that just keeps getting shoved under the rug. Don’t wanna add too many details cause I do live here but it’s nasty."

"I've lived here for over 10 years. It has definitely been a great place to stay in the past. You could proudly bring people to the property without feeling embarrassed. Now? You can see that management does not care in the slightest. There's trash all over the grounds, particularly in the breezeways. There's vehicles growing moss under them because they're sitting so long, whilst the parking for those of us that do drive daily is non existent. There's piles of dog waste everywhere so kids can't even enjoy the yard. The playground fell apart and was taken down for safety and never replaced. The sprinklers weren't ran this year so the grass they worked hard to reseed and fill in died off this summer. Maintenance inside the homes are not being addressed. I have several work orders in including one for my leaking ceiling. It's been in for weeks and nobody has addressed it. I have water damage under my sink and again nobody addressed it. I've reached out to management in different forms of communication and still no response. Idk if Cambridge Management is aware of how the property has fallen into disrepair or not but I think it's high time they did a walkthrough of their property. It clearly seems that the general attitude by property management is that they do not care. I will try to take some pictures to get them added to the reviews so others can see my concerns."

"I don't personally live at these apartments but, my very close friends do. They have 3 children and they seem to have fun with other neighborhood kids. For the most part its pretty quiet and people seem to stick to their own business. There are those I noticed that can't help but bend their curtains up permanently when someone drives by. Doesn't seem run down at all to my knowledge and observations. All in all I say it's great place for smaller family starting out or a single Batchelor/Batchelorette."
