"What an amazing experience! Centralia Inn has been the best hotel experience I’ve had in this area of Washington by far! They were more than accommodating, they had great amenities for such an amazing price, a better price than anywhere else in the whole town. John was The employee that took care of me and he was beyond helpful, caring, and nice. He treated me with the most respect I’ve ever had. He ended up helping me with a really great rate for the night because I showed up so late, which was really helpful for me. They woke up from their sleep just to help me get back in my room when I locked myself out in the early morning. I also accidentally slept in a little beyond my checkout time and they were very forgiving, which really helped me because they knew that I was exhausted from a long road trip. I couldn’t be more thankful for such a great hotel, everything was perfect and I highly recommend staying here if you are in the area!"

"The good: super friendly staff and great service. Gave us a fantastic breakfast recommendation! AC worked perfectly and kept us cool all night. WIFI and tv worked just fine. The bad: the room smelled of cigarettes and we found multiple baby cockroaches crawling around and behind the fridge. The bedding situation was not ideal, the sheets were paper thin and there were no additional blankets. Overall: was a decent place for the price but can’t really shake the fact that there were cockroaches everywhere"
