Rose Valley Executive Rentals

"Terrible person to rent from. Please don't rent this place. We regretted it. i could write a book on the issues we had when we rented this house from Brenda. The most alarming thing was when i came home one day and found Brenda inside my house. She had "forgot" to tell me the cable repair man was coming and since l wasnt home just decided that it was okay to let herself in and look around. In the spring/summer she was there(and I am not exaggerating) 5 days a week working on the garden for 8+ hours. She would ring the doorbell and ask me(like every day) to call my dogs inside because she was out working in the yard. Most of the windows dont have blinds so it was hard to have any privacy. I couldn't run to the grocery store without brenda running to talk to me. One week after moving in and already renting to our dogs she told us "she didnt feel comfortable with our dogs being inside while we were gone and we needed to build an outdoor kennel". Our dogs were well behaved but she kept telling us to not let them out in the general area because "she thought they were eating the pond fish". She would frequently come knock on the door at 9pm. The water there also smelt like fish\sewer. I told brenda and nothing got done. It was so bad I was using bottled water to cook with because I swear her sewer drainage field had to have been leaking into the water. The one day my car was being worked on in a shop so there was no cars parked there. Brenda must have thought no one was home because I caught her sneaking around the back looking in through all our windows. When we moved in she said he charged a non refundable 300$ cleaning fee "so that it was easier or us when we moved out so we didn't have to clean anything because moving is hard enough" AND THEN when we moved out she charged us an additional 1400$ in cleaning fees. I have been a cleaner doing move out cleans for most of my life. I did clean the place although i admit walls/ windows were left unclean and a few small details. The clean should have been 300$ at most. She also came up with several fraudulent charges that we are now taking her to court for. Please just don't rent. We regretted it every day and i know you will feel the same."
