Matthew Ulrich: Allstate Insurance

"Few weeks back. I called onto the office and asked about billing. I spoke to Matthew Ulrich and it was a very unpleasant conversation. I paid my bill one early and for some reason the payment wasn't processed. Therefore a fee was added on. Again, this past billing cycle I paid early again and the following week I received an email stating i need to make a payment. Which I did. One week early. Both times I received confirmation email stating payment has been taken. In actually payment was not drawn from my bank. ? I asked Matthew Ulrich and he's answer was you have no money in the bank. Payment was denied. Both times, as soon as I was notified about payment not been drawn out of the bank, I right then and there made another payment and the second time around payments were drawn out of my bank. Matthew Ulrich attitude? I don't ever want to talk with that person again."
