"Came here because I saw it was a Korean street food restaurant. It's hard to find things like 김밥 at regular Korean places. We had 김밥, street toast and 떡뽁이. Food came quick, and was very tasty. The atomspu is pretty chill, K-Pop playing overhead and cute astronaut decor. Will definitely come again when I'm in the area!"
"Wanted to check this place out specifically for the Rosé tteokbokki which was nice and rich and creamy. It also has bacon in it which puts it’s decadence levels over the top. Not spicy at all for those who love the chewy rice cakes but not the best. Also snagged pork belly kimbap and some ‘street toast’ which was a surprise hit of a sandwich. Everything was great and tasted very fresh. It’s a casual buss your own table kind of place and prices are fitting. Will definitely come back sometime."
"Ordered mala rose tteokbokki, shirt rib kimbap, side platter, and street toast. Wow what a pleasant surprise. What I liked: flavors are fantastic, the mala rose flavor is quite unique and while I prefer original tteokbokki, this is a refreshing taste. Sandwich sauce was great. Kimbap looked like it wasn't well rolled and looked quite plain but tasted alt better than it looked. What I didn't like: I can tell the ingredients were planned out and they skimmed where they can to improve margins (ex. The sandwich had just 1 slice of meat). Basically you will enjoy this place quite a bit but realize 2 hours later you've just stuffed yourself with a bunch of carbs and no other nutrients. 4.5 stars, rounding up"
"It's rare to find Korean street toast at any restaurants in the area but this place has all the fun eats. Recommend getting a sauce with the tteokbokki if you're getting the garlic aglioli version. We ordered the three combo meal where you can choose one sandwich, one rice cake dish, and one gimbab roll. It was a good amount of food for two people, plus the combo appetizer. Next time we probably won't do the appetizers since the other items were already in the comforting fried zone. Really liked this cozy little find, great place to come with friends to snack and chat."
"Wow!! Came here with friends to try a variety (some pictured below, but not all because we ate so fast haha) - Short rib kimbap was well seasoned - Street toast was fresh, savory with a little sweetness. Just the right amount of crispy and still soft on the inside. - Rosé tteokboki was creamy, savory and perfect for cold weather... could see it being a go-to for a hearty and satisfying lunch/dinner. The sauce consistency was divine without being too heavy. - Aglio Olio tteokboki was my personal favourite because I love garlic, and this dish delivered (without the spicy chillies too). It smelled amazing even before eating. Every bite was so perfectly crisp and chewy that I wanted to keep eating it, even after I was full. The bacon bits were generously sprinkled throughout. Really impressive quality and portions for the amount we paid. Fantastic service and cleanliness too. I hope Bapmukja keeps growing until they have a downtown Seattle branch because I will definitely be back!!"
