"Good luck if you end up having to talk to Victoria Parker in the Admin Office. She is rude, judgemental, condescending, snappy and simply awful for no good reason. Why is such a horrible person working in an agency that is supposedly there to help people? And don't bother talking to her supervisor, he isn't about to do squat and simply tried to deflect whatever I said and made excuses for her. Pathetic. They don't deserve half a star!"
"Ive had nothing but problems, im told they have everything they need then i get emails saying they don't its been a dragged out.. for months, i asked for confirmation emails, and i get none, cant reach case worker. They cant seem to figure out how to do attachments from an email. I get ohh i cant do this you need to mail info.its been 2 weeks since ive mailed info and still no help..why is this so difficult!! Last yr no problems but this case worker obvisouly cant do their job.."
"They're very helpful when you're down and out. I've been able to stay warm the last 2 Winters due to their help, besides keeping a roof over my head!"
"Very unprofessional, inconsistent and Inconsiderate people that are working for this program! The lady I had to work with was Crystal Wayman, She was very inconsiderate of my situation, ignored my emails and clearly was not interested in helping to make anything easier for someone like myself who was reaching for help during a pandemic. I had to wait an entire week for her to do something that takes less then five minutes to do. Like I said very inconsiderate and unprofessional ! I will never seek help from this program again. I complained and left voice mails to her Managment time after time and never got a response. Horrible experience trying to deal with these people who have a problem performing their job in a professional timely matter !!"
