"I needed business liability insurance for my small business. I had easily gotten quotes from several other companies, but I wanted to go with a local provider. I actually was recommended this company by my auto insurance company. That's the good news. Unfortunately, we have not gotten our quote or heard from them. They said they would get back to us orginally in a few days and a week later emailed saying they were going to have a meeting with an underwriter. Now, over two weeks from our initial call to ANR Insurance we still have not gotten our quote or feel like this company is at all looking out for us. When we did speak with them initially, they were very nice. As a business, they do seem personable but if you need insurance you'll have to go with someone else because they don't get back to you to follow up, and that to me is VERY UNSATISFYING. I do not recommend going through ANR insurance because we had to go with another insurance provider/Broker to get insurance."
