"This agency is absolutely scum! I had a policy for 3 years with 4-6 vehicles the whole time never missed a payment! One month there was some kind of issue and they dropped me and sent me to collections. No call no anything. Not to mention almost the entire time the policy cards they had online never had the correct vehicles and always showed expired date even after renewal! This dude is absolutely scum!"

"Very low customer service. Even for an insurance company! I had to pay out of pocket for a new windshield because Allstate’s “preferred” windshield people couldn’t replace my windshield. I was supposed to be reimbursed the >$1400 in 10-14 days, but it has been 7 weeks and it hasn’t even shipped to me yet! William and his team don’t return all my calls or emails trying to figure out this problem. They don’t care that their customer is waiting on them to help me get my money back. It’s been extremely frustrating and confusing. I called another local agent, and they squared me away almost instantly. Save yourself and use another agent!"
