"Tech and Dentist were AWESOME. . . easy to talk to, explained everything, no judgement at all. Booking the appointment on phone not that great. Trying to talk with person in charge of insurance was not pleasant at all. Couldn't understand what she was saying and she kept asking me why I was calling, when I explained the appointment transferred me to her. Needs better administrative personnel who interface with clientele."

"I would not recommend coming to this gentle dental. I called three times to ask what my co-pay would be for my fillings. I was supposed to have I talked to three different people and I left a voice message other day too as well and no call back so I called again and they all told me that they were going to email me and call me back and they never did very frustrating After calling three different times and nobody could give me an answer and they promised they would call me but never did. Definitely not coming back. It really sucks because I like the staff here but obviously the front office doesn’t care to call back."

"I’ve been going to a different Gentle Dental, and have switched full time to the Battle Ground location to have my long term implant treatment completed. This location is wonderful, the team is patient, kind, empathetic, and extremely loyal to their patients. To no fault of their own, the implant timing was lengthy. Dr. Conzatti advocated for me multiple times to leave the office feeling my best, and would not place the final crown until it was absolutely perfect. I could have rushed the process with the wrong color of crown, but he continued to ensure that I would have the perfect looking smile. I can’t stress enough how he advocated for me, rather than just settling to speed the process up. If you’re looking for a loyal, dedicated, extremellllly patient, kind and friendly dentist, I highly recommend this location. Everyone from hygienists Linda and Paul, the office team Abby and Jamie have been nothing short than wonderful-we’ve all seen a lot of each other over this treatment, and their kindness has made EVERY difference. I don’t usually write reviews, but I want everyone to know, that you’ll be in great hands with this whole team-they’re exceptional."
