"This is directed towards the owner, Catherine Bolton. I worked at this grocery store that happens to do cake orders and one night got a call from her wanting to order a cake for an employee, a lot attendant of 30 years, to celebrate his tenure at this building. She calls 5 minutes before we close, is less than helpful when trying to figure out a special design or decoration for the cake, and makes blatant assumptions about my life choices. I do my best to help but she then proceeds to let me know she has to get going cause she's apparently getting ready to head home from her job. I honestly doubt she knew this person and hey nothing wrong with doing something nice for someone but familiarity and common sense does go a long way if you decide to make a nice gesture for them. And be respectful of those in the service industry. I know she comes from money and never worked, I mean really worked, a day in her life so she has no business throwing assumptions at people she knows nothing about."
