I recommend seeing her, i couldnt remember her name just know it starts with a B, but avoid the older gentlemen since he will shrug you off. The 5 stars is for the young lady for going above and beyond for me"

"So I’ve been with Direct for almost 2 years now and I was having some financial difficulties. I paid my policy and my renewal was due a couple days later with no grace period. I was scared and frantic because my renewal was $380 after I had just paid $420. After trying to figure it out my last resort was calling to see if I could get help.
