"During my stay feb 2nd-feb 3rd, 2023, at around 1am, someone entered the room and turned on the light. My partner blockaded the door since there is no safety lock on the doors. Minutes later someone attempted to push open the door and was upset at us for being confused in the middle of the night. They accused us of being in the wrong room saying we were booked in a different room. They checked our IDs and the key we were given before leaving suddenly saying they had mistaken. I have never had an experience of anyone forcing entrance, especially without knocking or in the middle of the night. In the morning we could not find anyone working to speak with about the matter. We were not given a refund and we were not comfortable enough to return to sleep that night. Do not recommend"

"Price is best!! Beats motel 6 prices since motel 6 prices went up for no reason and this motel is much cleaner and rooms much more comforting. The beds are REALLY comfortable. Great TV channels. This motel was bought out from a old owner that’s why the reviews are so bad. After this motel was bought out buy a new owner they re models and re painted everything. It’s a great motel compared to the old owner. New owner did a great and and everything is nice and clean. Very friendly staff. Doors locked at nighttime. Great location with lots of fast food and restaurants with max 8minutes walk. I’m in love with this motel for the price location and cleanliness this motel is at. I’m in love with this motel!!"

"It was clean and mostly quiet with parking convenient to the rooms. The staff is friendly. There are no real extras. There wasn't an iron or ironing board in the room. "Breakfast" is instant oatmeal , muffins, English muffins, bread (a toaster is provided), 2 kinds of cold cereal, coffee and juice. There is no place to sit to eat. The room door tended to slam, but not close all the way."

"I would like the first say that every bad aspect of this hotel room was offset by the awesome shower. One no batteries in the remote for the TV. 2. Terrible TV. High-rises late night guest was expecting to sleep in late, but Boeing field is very near and it seems as though the rooms do not have that good of sound proofing, as far as the breakfast you shouldn't even offer it if that's what you're offering coffee was decent but in the tiniest cup in the world. Now imagine how good the shower has to be water pressure. Water temperature. Yeah the shower is that good."

"Very close to Emerald Downs making it convenient for us, but about what I expected for a 3 star rated hotel. Doesn't look like much money goes into improvements or amenities, for instance the box spring looked pretty worn and dirty, but the mattress sheets looked relatively clean. Also, we only had 1 wash cloth, and we wanted 2 and we were able to get 1 more which happened to be the last clean one in the place; not terrible, but another indicator of stretching their revenue. I'd stay here again if I needed the location convince and didn't want to pay a premium as the service and cleanliness was sufficient."
