"This motel is a dump! I booked 3 nights and only needed 1 night due to change of plans. The front desk said I can get refunded and to call the reservation desk number. When I got to my room it smelled horrible. Cigarette smoke smell for days. And for the record the rooms are suppose to be non smoking. The shower walls were molded and there was food crumbs everywhere. They changed my room which was not as bad but bad enough. The front door was full of dirt, there was food on the floor and it smelled like beer and Cigarettes. I had to buy a candle to try to alleviate some of the odor. After I checked out, I went home and my clothes smelled like Cigarettes and candle. And they won't refund me for the 2 days I didnt stay in that disgusting room because I gave them a bad review! This motel is definitely not a place I will EVER stay again!"
"Very kid friendly, the airplanes were fun to watch take off and land. Restaurants and grocery stores are near by and in walking distance. Everything is so much nicer and up to date compared to my stay this time last year. Will definitely be coming back."
"The employees are always very pleasant to interact with, the manager is always very polite, very accommodating to our needs. Very fair on the price for room rates, rooms are always very clean & stocked with towels, hygiene products, & coffee for the coffee pot that's also provided. The rewards program is also really helpful!"
"From the moment I first walked up, I was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff here were easily approachable, and they definitely displayed a relaxing and attentively passionate type of customer service that was instrumental in the overall well-being of my experience here at the Days Inn here in Auburn, Washington. I give these guys a 5 out of 5 rating because it felt very relaxing and quiet, and the quality of customer service that Ashley and the GM Singh showed me made it an easy candidate to do a return visit!"
