"For the past 11 years, I have had excellent customer service with each of the ladies that work at TPSC. Most recently, I have had the pleasure to speak with Jessika regarding my situation. She always goes above and beyond to assist me with finding more about my policy. She is fun to talk with and works diligently to get answers from her colleagues if she does not have the answer. I understand the staff shortage they are having and can empathize with them, especially since C19 changed the employment landscape. I do appreciate the personalized experience I receive and not have to be transferred to several links before speaking with someone."
"Looong hold times, bad service. They will kick everyone in your family (except the the principal insured person) off your health insurance a few times a year if you don't fill out and return some survey they send out. Our doctors can't get ahold of anyone there either. To be fair, they take their main job very seriously. To worm there way out of covering anything they can."
"My new employment agency sent me for an interview which I'm completely competent with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and HR payroll systems. I also hold 15 years insurance benefits administran. Agency Informed me that i had to pass a psymetrics test after I passed the interview. I was not prepared for the test. Any agency I've worked with in the past has always tested me for skills. Neither TPSC nor my agency told me of the test. I rushed to get it done before Monday having received the email link late Thursday. I had no clue as to what the test entailed only that a previous job seeker had failed and if I didnt pass the test the job offer would end. Employers, please be transparent during the hiring process. Word of mouth is everything in the work field and businesses can be affected. I'm happy to move on as my Son said. .it's their loss."
"They don't call or email. You find out a week later in the mail they need some other form they never explained to start with. They have no idea what customer service is or if they do don't know how to deliver it. They keep changing the rules. It would be less hassle to take the tax hit than deal with all the time and trouble Trusteed is. Avoid them ! Update: Got a call this morning from them with more hoops to jump through. Now they want me to wait until I get paperwork back from my provider before they will pay me my own money. As far as I can tell it's a scam to work the interest collected off your money. I even deducted the amount my insurance has promised to pay out.The form you submit is a sworn statement that you are not trying to collect money that has already been paid by an insurance company. This releases this company and takes all the IRS responsibility on myself and they continue to delay. Do yourself a big favor just work with your IRS filings and don't use this company it will save you time , money and grief in the long run."
"Here's my experience: In February 2012 I called Trusteed Plans to ensure a routine physical exam was covered by my plan. I was told it was, so I saw the Doctor the same or next week. As part of a regular physical, my Doctor drew blood. He sent it (my blood) to a third party for processing. Trusteed Plans would not pay the bill stating my Doctor used the wrong coding on the bill for processing. 30 phone calls and a year and a half later, Trusteed Plans finally figured-out that they had the proper info to begin with and promised to paid the third party. Talk about a nightmare! Kudos to the agent named Bernadette (at Trusteed Plans) who finally cut through the red tape and got the job done. If you have to deal with these people, my sympathies."
