"Very bad communication here. We were given a timeline which was about a year out from when we applied. We reached out a few months from when we were expecting our spot and it sounded like our spot was never held in the first place. Also the lady we spoke with was super rude, stating “I’m sorry but you spoke with “X” and she works at “X” now. Maybe try giving her a call”. What?? Be sure to call every other week here to both ensure who you spoke with is still employed, and that they indeed reserve your spot."
