"Great location. Seating was barren and uncomfortable and quite limited. It was also really cold in there. They had extra space too. My suggestion would be for management to get creative with putting in more seating that is more comfortable. For a wonderful location that's in the heart of it should be a nicer dining area for people to buy coffee and a scone and relax for a while."

"Hey everyone, I wanted to share an experience at Starbucks that was quite disheartening. Here’s what happened: I went in to order my usual grande hot Oleato, a delight I’ve savored before. Surprised by the jump in price to $9.45, I pointed to the poster on the wall advertising it for $5.95 and politely asked the barista, Andre, if there might have been a mistake, considering I had ordered the same not too long ago at the poster price. Andre’s response was that making it hot required an extra, chargeable addition. This puzzled me because I was looking for the Oleato as traditionally served and advertised. I explained, “I don’t want something extra; if the poster says $5.95 for an Oleato, then I’d like to get that same one, please.” Andre reluctantly agreed with a “fine.” As I waited, I anticipated the comfort of my preferred Oleato. Instead, I was handed a plain latte, not the Oleato I had discussed and clarified. This switch felt like a dismissive gesture, undermining the essence of what I believed to be a simple request. I’m sharing this in the spirit of constructive feedback, valuing the power of communication and the importance of getting the little things right. The rest of the team at Starbucks has always been friendly and accommodating. Thank you for not making this worse."

"Wow! I am reviewing a phone conversation I had with a staff member of the Starbucks in "downtown" Edmonds. I was confirming a meeting location with a friend, only described to me in a Text Message as the Starbucks near the water--- something a Seattlite is not likely to know. The female staff member was most helpful and even provided me with a available parking space update!"

"There is one place that I absolutely love to go in the morning at Starbucks. The Starbucks is totally awesome. It’s really nice quiet but it’s an absolutely beautiful store so when I came in today, I made it clear that I was from out of town. Even those is originally my hometown, but they were super cool to me. They let me get the decaf. Love you sweet cream drink, and it tasted so good I think I wish I could’ve gotten a bucket size Store was super clean. Service was excellent. It’s well worth it to tip the extra two bucks you won’t regret it. I definitely recommend a Starbucks showing much love from California. My barista give me the pistachio cream with an iced decaf Americano because I can’t drink caffeine and let me tell you… Super delicious I should’ve ordered whatever the biggest size times 20 was !!! Yum!!"
