"This site has been so accommodating for our family for the past two years. Rachel has been a rockstar in helping us navigate things for our kiddos and having wonderful communication when we needed to address issues that have come up. She's an invaluable resource. We came in through a recommendation of another family that was using this site and haven't regretted the decision. Thank you, kidzone 3 family."
"They do not give incident reports. Our child came home with cuts, bruises, dehydration, hungry, and moody every day. Do not send your child here, this is not a safe place. The site lead Rachel lies to cover up the lack of safety and care for our children while the other teachers follow right in her footsteps. Worst daycare we’ve ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE. They are painfully disorganized and never give updates about your child, then get upset if you ask too many questions."
"My daughter had gone to KidZone 3 for about a year. This was the year before kindergarten, and her first experience in a classroom-like setting as well as my first experience with a daycare. I expected a building full of babysitters and maybe some fun light learning. What I got was expected at first. However I watched the center grow from basic daycare expectations to a really awesome learning center. Rachel has gone above and beyond transforming this center to incorporate SO MANY learning styles made fun! My daughter came home raving about her day with art projects in tote, smiles for hours, and mornings were a breeze because she was excited for “school”. I did watch the staff change a lot, however I fully believe that the new director has high expectations for our children’s care and learning and she will not settle for just an average baby sitter. She has curriculums in place for all age groups, and safety protocols that give me peace of mind while I am at work. I highly recommend this institution for all parents to check out because I see so much growth so far, and I am confident in the passion Rachel has as director to keep this place growing in such an amazing direction."
"If I could give no stars I would. Truly just here to strongly advise any parent who wants their child to be in a place of love do not bring them here. My son started here two years ago when he was 14 months old. His first teacher there, Angela has been an amazing part of his life and I am so devastated that their relationship won’t be able to continue on. However after them running through new site leads like crazy they finally have given a woman a place of power who just should not be in that position. Hands-down the most unprofessional woman I have ever met. If she doesn’t like your kid she makes it very obvious. Rachel the current site lead at Kidzone three is extremely dishonest, judge mental, and disorganized. My son would have new cuts, scratches, blood twisters, bruises and I would have to ask again and again to see incident reports. Rachel would make up stories about how she remembered speaking to me about the incident report and remembers me signing it. She was still very specific and detailed stories which I just knew weren’t true. When she realized that she was wrong it was always an excuse. My biggest issue with the daycare center is them charging my card almost $1500 when they weren’t supposed to. I brought it up on multiple accounts with the at the time site lead Bobbi, Who assured me over and over again not to worry everything is updated and up-to-date and if it doesn’t look like it on the app which we pay for childcare on it’s just because the app has not updated. With a new site lead came into position, which is Rachel, I expressed his concerns to her as well. She put them off until one day I woke up and my card was charged almost $1500. She had no interest in helping me resolve it. Her only interest was her not getting in trouble by her higher-ups. There have been multiple parents here who I have spoken to and they have said only negative things about the daycare center ever since Rachel became the site lead. If you choose to bring your child here you have been warned. And I’m sorry for you and your kids that they will not get to experience the amazing teachers that my son experienced. I can’t imagine many if any at all will stay. Hopefully your kid is good with change as they will see new teachers regularly until the owners decide to really buckle down and fix all of the cracks in their system at this specific location. If you are a current parent there that has issues with Rachel I advise you to reach out to her higher-ups!"
