"Visited my parents site today one week after Memorial Day, flags on sites, mowed and clean."
"My mother was laid to rest one year ago and it has been one problem after another with the cemetery staff including incorrect ordering of the headstone, name plate and the memorial bench. After an entire year, there is still no death date on her name plate and the memorial bench is STILL not placed (we paid over $7500 for this bench and it was estimated to take 6 weeks). Unfortunately, the staff at Heritage Hills has prolonged the grief process for my entire family. Their lack of communication, unkept promises, and excuses have continued even with a change of staff. My family has been more than patient with the staff and all we have expected is for contracts to be upheld in a timely manner. I would absolutely NOT recommend Heritage Hill to anyone that is looking for a smooth experience during a stressful time of losing a loved one."
"My father was laid to rest in the inside the chapel in July of 2020. I've only been able to get inside twice to see him. As of the summer of 2021 his name was STILL NOT placed on his grave and that is totally unacceptable. These are peoples loved ones and they should be treated with respect and care."
"Unfortunately, I do not recommend Heritage Hill Cemetery and here is why: 1. Cemetery has been neglected over all for years now. 2. No staff in the office. I have been out different days of the week at different times of the day and so has family. No one has been in the office when we went out. 3. Phone calls are not returned. My first interaction with staff occurred when my grandfather passed whom had his plans paid in full but did not include a Saturday opening/closing. Staff made it clear that an additional $500 would be due at time of service due to his contract not including weekend services. During this conversation staff acknowledged that the date scroll had the incorrect birth year. Money was paid at the time of service. It has been over an year in a half and the birth year is still incorrect and the year of death has not been placed. Multiple attempts have been made to rectify these dates. Roadways need repaved, they hold water in areas when it rains. The building where services are held also has a bad leak and the carpet inside of the mausoleum was soaked almost to the pews. Cards and pictures placed by loved ones on their family members vaults were wet and ruined. The smell was musty and unbearable. Everytime we place flowers they come up missing on the next time we are out. Now we cant get in to get the hook to place the flowers. Overall its poor customer service and disrespectful to those buried and their families."
"The grounds are not kept up. The roads need repaved and the building needs upkeep it looks bad. My mother is interned there and I wish they would improve the cemetery."
