Walmart Pharmacy

"I’ve had terrible experiences with nearly every pharmacy in kitsap county. 9 times out of 10, they treat you like absolute garbage and or they never order your medication, and could care less if you ever get it. I switched to this pharmacy because months ago, when I was tasked with calling around to different pharmacies to see who had my medication in stock, they did. I’m so glad I switched! Every time I go in to pick Up a prescription, everyone is so kind and helpful. Any time I call, same thing. Seriously, they just actually talk to their customers like they’re human beings and I really appreciate that. I don’t typically write reviews anymore, but with how night and day this pharmacy has been from cvs in target for example, I had to."

"Rude! Rude! Rude! And wrong!!! I was treated so poorly by the pharm tech, who wasn’t even helping me! While this Karen was helping another customer, she decided she needed to interject and interrupt my conversation with the lovely pharmacist. I’m definitely got the message! Walmart isn’t interested in new customers!! I heard you loud and clear! I will never set foot in a Walmart again. Without going into details, she was 100% wrong with knowledge of my insurance. She never saw or knew what insurance I had. I say keep your misinformed opinion to yourself. Walmart, I’m sorry to learn that you want zero new business. You can rest assured my very educated crew will not ever be your customers."

"Excellent customer service. I recently moved from out of state, and needed a prescription. Lisa at the Poulsbo WalMart Pharmacy helped me figure out how to set up a customer profile, get the Rx faxed in, and sign up for the best discount program. I will be back to this pharmacy. The cashier who helped me on pickup and the pharmacist who gave me a consultation were also top notch. I didn't catch their names though, A+ to Lisa and A to the other staff who helped me out. Keep up the good work."

"While we have experienced some issues in the past this pharmacy and all those that work in it have done their best to ensure our prescriptions are filled accurately and in a timely manner. If a mistake is made they work diligently to correct it. Always friendly staff and never an unprofessional experience."

"Consistently the worst possible experience every time I went there. They would regularly lie about wait times - for instance, I'd wait an hour after I watched my doctor send orders for a prescription, then go to pick it up, and I'd be told they never got it, come back in 30 minutes. I'd come back then and I'd be told the prescription wasn't approved by my insurance, come back in an hour. Then an hour later, I'd be told that a pharmacist has to talk to me and they're on lunch for another hour. This wasn't once or twice; it was every single time. Never an apology, any noticeable effort on their part to even try to figure it out. I've worked in customer service and retail jobs for my entire work history, so I am usually pretty chill about waits or mixups, but this place is just unbelievably bad. Go to ANY other pharmacy and you will have a better experience."
