Plus the fact you can walk downtown, Oregon and South Park is amazing. I am glad to see values coming up and the area is back strong. Tons of places in walking distance ...downtown view and less than 1 mile, Oregon half mile, second st market etc...but live a little quieter than the city and feels like a little town and friendly neighborhood tucked away.
