"Dr. Kemp is knowledgeable and did quality work with my Mom's cataract surgery. No complications. However, he was repeatedly late (by 30 minutes or more). I overheard an employee complain that he deliberately double booked his patients, which treats our time with disrespect. He was also very condescending when answering questions, acting as if the answers were obvious and his patients are idiots for asking something as simple as how long it would take for their eyes to adjust, or whether they would still need glasses afterwards. I give him a "D" for bedside manner, and will be switching my Mom to another doctor."
