"I just had a very negative interaction with Michelle in the Workers Comp department. She was even raising her voice once I asked to speak to a supervisor. This company has lower reviews than the lowest rated companies in the United States. Compare them to Comcast, AT&T or airlines, William C Earhart is worse. The sad part is the problem is many of their people and it has been happening since this office opened FIVE years ago. Five years is more than enough time for leadership to 1. Notice the problem. 2. Take action on the problem with urgency. 3. Resolve the problem. Leadership of this company is unable or unwilling to do either of these three steps. The company needs new leaders. I do have to say I spoke to Eric and he is great. I almost gave a 2nd start just for him."
"You (the insured) aren't going to see this review until its too late but just know that all of Earhart's customers are in the same situation. Earhart sucks and there is nothing we, the consumer can do about it except complain to your union rep, and bring up the conversation at meetings. Good luck."
"Years and years of being randomly removed from insurance. You need to call randomly once or twice or fifteen times a year to see if you’re still covered. Bonus you’ll randomly get notices saying hey you now have to send all of your information immediately or you’ll be removed.. at least once a year. Our most recent was three weeks ago with a spoken confirmation they received everything and it will not be a problem again. Less than a month and we’re already doing this again. If you’re bored and need something to do this is the insurance for you."
"So far so good! I've had two separate claim issues (one HRA and one medical procedure), basically initial claim denials with requests for more information. I called the office for each issue and they were both easily handled over the phone without the need to send in receipts or forms. Both administrators were kind and easy to work with."
"This place is a joke. Worst place I've ever had to deal with. I called many many times. Left voicemails that were never returned. Got onto the website to get proof of coverage for a caseworker & lawyer and it blocks me from seeing coverage for my two 13yr olds. Why? Cause they are over the age of 12 and I need their consent to see their name, birthday, address, group id & #... All the private info I put on the forms to sign them up in the first place. When I reached out through the messaging system I got Bonnie Hayes... Who at first told me to contact the IT Department... But gave me no contact info. And then listed all our kids and said they're covered. So I messaged back and said well I need the IT Department contact info. She had nothing but attitude and told me to call the main line, which I did like 20 times & left voicemails. She also told me again the children are covered and listed them and said if this is legible then they are eligible. In what world is a message chat considered proof of coverage for the caseworker & lawyer? I'm beyond frustrated. This is not the first time Ive had to deal with this company and gotten negative results. You will NEVER get a live person when you call and good luck on having them get back to you. If I didnt live so far from them I'd take my 6 kids into their office and let them raise hell till they gave me the basic effing paperwork I need. This is ridiculous. Update: Since I continue to need information from them they continue to interrupt me and repeat themselves and wont let me get a word in, they are impossible to deal with. Constantly not answering my questions and always a voicemail. The lady that does return my calls is a b***h. Always rude."
