"I have been trying for four days now to get an Account Manager yo call me back. I spoke with chris who said he would send an e-mail and when I called back the next day and spoke to Mohamad he said the e-mail was never sent but said be would send an e-mail and mark it urgent. Then I was called by carl and his response was maybe they are on leave. I said to carl does somebody not fill in when normal person is on leave he said he was sure there was. I am getting defined benifit retirement and I have not recieved my check for this month. Can not get anyone to call me back and tell me why I have not recieved my retirement check."
